Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community
I’m a woman from NY USA, born in 1966.
My favorite sports include: running pilates walking
My goals are: To Run a 5K by late Summer, early Autumn.
Need to get back into shape after a long hiatus, this is that beginning. I need to start slowly and I am willing to put in all the necessary. I work long hours so I may have to do lots of training on the treadmill. Beginning Pilates also.
